YIN & YANG YOGA
By Anca

Yin & Yang Yoga is a gentle, balanced practice that combines mindful, active movement with longer-held, restorative postures. Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, this class alternates between Yang phases—slow, conscious movements that build stability and awareness—and Yin phases, where postures are held for longer to encourage deep release and relaxation.
The practice places special attention on hip opening, spinal health, and nervous system regulation. Movements are accessible and adaptable, allowing each student to honor their body’s needs on that day. Sessions end with a guided Yoga Nidra, offering deep rest and integration
