YIN & YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Pose

Yin Yoga

A slow and meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body - ligaments, joints, and fascia. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently open and the mind to quiet down. It's a moment of stillness and introspection that cultivates balance, flexibility, and  inner peace.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", is a guided relaxation technique that brings you to the border between wakefulness and sleep. Through deep body awareness and visualization, it helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore profound rest - as if you had slept for hours.
