Ankita is a dynamic and passionate coach, certified in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Nirvana Fitness, Zumba Fitness, and Group Exercise Instruction (AFAA – Athletics and Fitness Association of America). With a strong background in anatomy and functional movement, she helps each participant reach their goals in strength, mobility, and overall well-being, while ensuring injury prevention.
She teaches in fluent English and conversational French, creating a warm, friendly, and motivating environment. Creative and attentive, Ankita tailors each session to the group’s needs while focusing on individual progress.
