Love at the first sight exists and so it was for me with yoga. I was truly mesmerized from the first time I tried yoga during my university years about 20 years ago. I was amazed by instant results it had on my mind and body. I felt uplifted, balanced and energized, and all of a sudden, the world somehow seemed to be a better place.
From the very beginning, I felt a deep, heartfelt need to become a yoga teacher myself. Now, as a 200 RYT and practicing regularly myself Hatha and Vinyasa styles, I truly enjoy sharing this holistic practice with others and helping people strengthen their bodies, restore peace of mind, and find their inner connection with themselves and with the universe.
