Teaching hatha yoga and Pilates combines three of my passions in life: sharing knowledge, sharing good energy and learning. I see my classes as a research playground where we can have fun discovering the beauty of flexibility, agility, strength and balance. The changes that the practice brings are ingrained into the
body and gradually permeate everyday life. We become calmer, more observant, more mindful. Feeling this transformation in me and bringing it to others is the most gratifying experience.
