Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology (FYSM) is a Hatha Yoga practice where the main focus is lying in improving posture, strenghtening the deep muscles, and alleviating back pain, scoliosis, herniated discs, overweight, nervousness, stress and restlessness.
Classes are active, structured, and goal-oriented.

Cette méthode peut aider à atténuer les douleurs de dos en général, elle a des effets positifs sur la scoliose lombaire et l'hernie discale. La méthode aide aussi à gérer la nervosité, le stress, l'anxiété et les problèmes de surpoids.

Anastasiia is a certified top-level yoga instructor in the FYSM style with 2 years practice experience. Her personal story demonstrates the extraordinary power of FYSM Yoga method: At the age of 12, she was diagnosed with stage -2 scoliosis.
Her orthopedist told her at that time that she might later face a disability. She wore a back corset with metal inserts, used orthopedic insoles, and underwent corrective massages - but non of these helped her. It was only when she happened to begin practicing FYSM Yoga one day that her life truly changed.
After just a few months, the misalignment of her shoulders began to visibly improve. Within half a year, she was able to reduce her scoliosis by 90%. This experience was so transformative that she decided to pursue the path of becoming a yoga instructor in order to help others as well.
