Movement is part of my identity. Since an early age, I practiced ballet and, later in life, I became aware of how essential movement was to me as a form of self-expression. My passion for movement and the human body deepened after I suffered a severe knee injury in 2008, which prevented me from continuing to dance.

At that point, Pilates came into my life. I became a certified Pilates instructor in 2015, and since then, I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to share this beautiful, therapeutic, and effective discipline.

My curiosity about the human body through movement led me to discover Yoga in 2018. A whole new world opened up when I realized how body, mind, and spirit interact harmoniously. I became a certified Hatha Yoga facilitator in 2024.

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a deep commitment to making Yoga accessible to everyone—regardless of their physical or psychological condition, or socioeconomic status—I chose to specialize in Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Diseases, following the evidence-based methodologies developed by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (USA) and the UK National Health System.

Recently, I received certification in TC-TSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment in Massachusetts (USA), as well as a Certificate in GDS Muscle and Articulation Chains and Biomechanics, following the lineage of Godeliève Denys-Struyf and her osteopathic method.

This last certification provided me with a deep and holistic understanding of anatomy and the functioning of the human body from a therapeutic perspective. I am currently pursuing further training in Neuroscience and Yoga Movement.

It is my intention to share both Pilates and Yoga in a way that is respectful, inclusive, sensitive, and therapeutic, offering every human being the chance to reconnect with themselves through movement.
