Hi, I’m Karla, originally from Venezuela.

 

I’ve been teaching Yoga and Pilates for the past few years, and I feel so grateful to share these beautiful practices with others.

 

For me, movement is more than just exercise — it’s a way to connect with yourself, to find balance, strength, and peace in both body and mind.

 

My classes are a space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and simply be present.

 

I love creating a calm and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re just starting your journey or have been practicing for years.

 

Teaching is my passion, and I hope to help each person discover their own flow and inner stillness through these practices.
