Sarah is a dedicated psychologist and a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, currently advancing her expertise by pursuing her 500-hour yoga teacher training. With a strong background in psychology, she brings a unique approach to yoga that focuses not only on physical wellness but also on mental and emotional well-being. Her classes are designed to help individuals cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and build strength both physically and mentally.


Whether people are new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice, she is present to guide them on their journey towards balance and self-awareness.


She wants to create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing together!
