Jo is a certified Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, dance fitness facilitator, and Ayurvedic massage practitioner. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, and that everyone deserves to feel good and at home within themselves.

Through her project Yoga To Nature, Jo creates spaces of trust, presence, and curiosity. Her classes blend yoga, Ayurveda, conscious touch, and music to help people reconnect with their inner rhythm, honouring both movement and stillness, energy and deep rest.

As a dance teacher, she brings the same integrity, encouraging each person to feel the beat and move at their own pace.

Whether you’re moving through pain, seeking balance, or dancing in joy, Jo holds space with care — so you can feel grounded, free, and alive.
